Extended Stays at Oakland Valley Campground!

Whether you’re a snowbird looking for fun in the sun over the summer or an RVer planning a longer stay for work or play, we have affordable rates for monthly, long-term or seasonal stays. 

2024 Mini "Seasonal Camping" Packages

All mini camping packages are for a family of 2 adults & their children or grandchildren, ages 17 and under. Each site is limited to one trailer, or 2 tents. Site fees are based on the first 2 adults. There will be an additional charge for each additional adult of $10.00 per night, not to exceed $200.00 per 4 weeks. 4 ADULTS maximum per site, 8 people total max per site. Adult visitors are $10.00 for 1 – 24 hours. CHILDREN 17 YEARS & UNDER ARE FREE.

You are allowed one (1) dog per site – CURRENT RABIES PAPERS NEEDED. NO vicious or constantly barking dogs allowed. YOUR PET MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES – NY State Law. You are allowed one (1) Golf Cart – copy of insurance required. All your vehicles and equipment must be stored on your site.

Only additional cost is your electric. A $200.00 deposit is required, which will be applied to your electric. Any unused portion from your $200.00 electric deposit will be refunded. Cable is $25.00 per month. ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. Balance to be paid in full at time of check-in. It is strongly suggested that you have insurance on your camper or RV.
